Thanks for using PlayDose. These terms keep things clear and fair. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. The app license

PlayDose is licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all App Store apps. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

2. Purchases

PlayDose is free to start. The optional one-time "Lifetime" unlock is a non-consumable purchase processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details. There is no subscription and no advertising. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under their standard policies; you can restore a previous purchase from within the app.

3. Playing safely

PlayDose offers light, playful movement framed inside a story. It is not medical, therapeutic, or fitness advice. You are responsible for supervising your child and for playing within you and your child's comfort and ability. Stop any activity that doesn't feel right, and use the low-impact alternatives the app offers.

4. The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to make PlayDose calm, safe, and reliable, but the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or the activities within it.

5. Your content stays yours

Your setup, history, and collection live on your device and belong to you. We don't access them. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
