How do I get started?
Open PlayDose, answer a few quick setup questions, and you're in. No account, no sign-up — it all stays on your device.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. PlayDose works fully offline. (You only need a connection for the optional purchase or restore.)
How do I unlock the full library?
Go to Settings → Your plan → Unlock everything. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription, no ads.
I bought it on another device — how do I restore it?
Open Settings → Your plan → Unlock everything → Restore purchase. Your App Store account carries the unlock.
How do I export or delete my data?
In Settings → Privacy & your data you can export everything as a file, or tap Delete all my data to remove it permanently from your device.
How do the evening reminders work?
They're optional and off by default. If you turn them on, they're gentle local notifications at a time you pick — never a streak, never "you missed a day."
Is it safe for my child?
Every mission is reviewed against our safety standards — common household items, no lifting or rough play, light movement only, and a low-impact alternative where it matters. Always play within you and your child's comfort. PlayDose is for playful family time — not medical or fitness advice.
